About the role

Novoguild is seeking an energetic Talent Partner to join its growing team. You will work directly with startup founders, engineering leaders, and HR teams to understand hiring needs and match high‑calibre candidates with fast‑growing, venture‑backed companies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with founders, software engineering and HR leaders to define hiring goals.
• Ask insightful questions, guide clients through the hiring process, and translate job requirements into candidate criteria.
• Conduct video interviews with US‑based candidates during Pacific hours, demonstrating empathy and helping them make informed career decisions.
• Continuously improve internal recruitment systems and processes.
• Deliver a delightful candidate experience from first contact to placement.
• Collaborate closely with Novoguild’s founder and CEO based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in technical recruitment, sales, business analysis, software engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work overlapping US Pacific hours.
• Self‑starter with strong initiative, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, Management, Journalism, Arts, Economics, or a related discipline with an outstanding academic record.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools is highly desired.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
