Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

As a Talent Quality Auditor you will safeguard the consistency and excellence of BairesDev’s talent acquisition processes. Working fully remotely, you will audit candidate interactions, screening interviews, and related communications to ensure they meet the company’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of calls, screenings, emails, and workflow steps.
• Measure performance against defined scorecards, KPIs, and audit criteria.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns.
• Document findings with precision and propose adjustments to audit frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across the talent acquisition function.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to evaluate operational performance using defined standards or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
