Talent Sourcer (Remote, US Clients)

About the role

A specialist recruitment agency serving technology and corporate clients in North America is expanding its remote team and wants a sourcer to own the candidate side of its searches. You will work from anywhere in LATAM during US business hours, a normal daytime schedule, sourcing candidates for technology and corporate clients across North America. This is a 180, candidate-side role for an experienced recruiter or sourcer with strong English; there is no business development or cold calling of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and headhunting: find hard-to-reach candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, AI sourcing tools and referrals
• Candidate engagement: approach passive candidates by call, InMail and email and sell them on the opportunity
• Screening: run structured screening calls, assess skills, motivation and fit, and write clear candidate summaries for consultants
• Talent pipelines: build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates in core markets
• Candidate care: keep candidates warm and informed from first call to interview prep
• CRM hygiene: keep accurate records, notes and pipeline stages in the CRM
• Market knowledge: track talent movements, salary expectations and availability

Required profile

• Proven track record in agency or in-house sourcing or 180 recruitment; technology, IT or corporate sectors preferred
• Professional English (C1 or above) for calling US candidates, screening interviews and daily emails
• Strong search skills and comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search
• Quick to learn new recruitment tools, AI platforms and CRMs
• Self-driven and disciplined working remotely without micro-management
