Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Christie Lites is a leading entertainment lighting rental company supporting live events and productions across North America and Europe. It is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to source qualified candidates, primarily for Rental Representative positions, while also supporting warehouse, repair and other recruitment needs.

Key responsibilities

• Determine candidate requirements by reviewing position requirements and priorities with the Recruiting Manager and understanding the experience, skills and industry background needed for each role.
• Source candidates using Obra, LinkedIn, Indeed and Giggs, prioritizing Rental Representative searches while supporting other assigned roles, and researching relevant companies, industries and professional networks.
• Submit 10-15 new qualified profiles daily, which may require contacting 50-100 profiles; provide supporting notes and profile links, check for duplicates and keep accurate records.
• Engage candidates with personalized outreach and follow-up, share the job description and application link, and pass qualified, interested candidates to the recruiting team.
• Track submissions, outreach, responses and candidate status, and adjust searches based on recruiting feedback.

Required profile

• Detail-oriented, organized, professional and discreet.
• Proactive, persistent and results-driven, able to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to meet daily sourcing targets.
• Industry, sales, warehouse or technical recruiting experience preferred.

Required skills

• Experience using recruitment and social media platforms.
• Strong candidate research and evaluation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
