Talent Training Analyst (Remote)

About the role

INDI, a recruiter connecting companies with top talent, is looking for a Talent Training Analyst to deliver training to new joiners and current employees. The role suits someone who is organized, proactive, able to multitask and adapts quickly to change. It is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Gather information on the processes needed to prepare and deliver training, both internal and for new joiners.
• Review and keep up to date the information stored in Confluence.
• Create and follow up on help desk, HR and other department tickets.
• Propose improvements based on what is known and review other departments' processes to stay aware of changes.
• Keep the organization chart of the area up to date.

Required profile

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Excellent time management and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Solid experience with data and a mind for numbers.
• Advanced English level.

Required skills

• Adeptness with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Solid Excel skills.
