Tax Support Specialist – Engagement Letters

About the role

Join Aprio's Tax Operations team as a Tax Support Specialist focused on engagement letters. You will work across the firm to ensure engagement letters are accurate, delivered on time, and aligned with client data and internal workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, generate and deliver tax engagement letters using approved templates and client information.
• Review engagement letters for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with tax professionals, administrators and operations staff to resolve missing information.
• Track letter status, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely delivery.
• Clean, validate and maintain engagement letter data across applications.
• Assist the Tax Operations team with data‑related projects.
• Secure and protect personally identifiable information.

Required profile

• Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, when needed.
• Strong time‑management and task‑prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and self‑review capability.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong customer‑service orientation.
