About the role
Join the Cyberint team within Check Point to lead the Customer Success function for Exposure Management across the Americas. You will drive the full customer journey, from onboarding to renewal, while shaping product direction based on client feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Customer Success Managers across the Americas.
- Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, including onboarding, education, product adoption, expansion, and renewals.
- Act as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring satisfaction and value realization.
- Champion customer interests and influence product enhancements.
- Lead engagement initiatives that highlight Cyberint’s value proposition.
- Build long‑term relationships that foster business growth.
- Drive internal process improvements tailored to customer needs.
- Collect and channel customer feedback into the product roadmap.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years in a customer‑centric B2B role.
- Comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
- 4+ years as a Customer Success Manager or equivalent.
- 2+ years of team‑leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in account management or commercial roles.
- Eligibility to work in the country of residence without sponsorship.
