About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Tech Recruiter to join its global talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing technical professionals across a variety of projects, all while working remotely from any location.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technology positions, ensuring timely placement.
• Review, filter, and shortlist candidates based on defined parameters.
• Craft candidate summaries and edit resumes to highlight relevant experience.
• Coordinate communication with internal hiring teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
