Tech Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our fully remote team and help staff technology positions across a range of innovative projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to source, evaluate, and place top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical openings, from posting to offer.
• Review and filter candidate applications based on defined parameters.
• Write concise candidate summaries and edit resumes to highlight relevant experience.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
