About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Tech Recruiter to join its fully remote, globally distributed team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing technology talent for a variety of client projects, helping the company maintain its reputation for delivering high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions, ensuring timely closures.
• Screen and filter candidates against defined criteria.
• Craft candidate summaries and edit resumes to showcase fit.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, internal hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
