Tech Solutions Lead - Client Services & Platform

About the role

Edelman is looking for a technically sharp and commercially curious Tech Solutions Lead within its Client Services & Platform area. The role suits a Solution Architect with a strong foundation in enterprise technology design, AI integration and hands-on software delivery, who can bridge business needs and technical execution while staying close to the code.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document end-to-end solution architectures aligned to business requirements, security and scalability, and contribute to reference architectures and architectural patterns.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, including AI platforms and development tooling, and support architecture reviews against enterprise standards and governance.
• Work with engineering teams to turn architecture into production systems, applying clean code, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies and observability, and taking part in code and design reviews.
• Contribute code and debug when needed, and lead proof-of-concept builds using AI-assisted development tools such as coding copilots and LLM APIs.
• Translate prototype learnings into production-ready architectures and delivery plans, and stay current with generative AI.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders, support workshops and solution design sessions, and contribute to proposals, assessments and solutioning work.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience across consulting, rapid prototyping and multi-system architecture.
• Enthusiasm for generative AI and modern engineering practices.

Required skills

• Enterprise solution architecture, microservices, event-driven and API-first design, cloud-native systems and security-by-design.
• Generative AI platforms, large language models, AI agents, prompt engineering and AI-assisted development.
• DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, observability, reliability engineering and testing.
• Tools: OpenAI API, Anthropic / Claude, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure / AWS / GCP, GitHub / Git, FastAPI and Python.
