Technical Account Manager - Global Blue TFS

About the role

Shift4, a global payments technology company, is hiring a Technical Account Manager for its Global Blue TFS solutions across the Americas. The role leads technical integration projects, manages merchant/vendor portfolios and acts as the main technical contact for partners and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical integration projects for Global Blue TFS solutions across the Americas, delivering them within scope, timeline and budget
• Manage integrations with POS systems, terminals and external partners
• Gather and maintain business and technical requirements (BRS, basic designs)
• Coordinate with Global and Central product and technology teams
• Plan, coordinate and execute UAT, rollout and go-live with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the IT portfolio of assigned merchants/vendors and act as the main technical contact for partners
• Support incident coordination, production releases and BAU, and ensure a smooth handover to Field Service and Support
• Take part in Field Services activities when business demand arises

Required profile

• University graduate with an IT background
• 5+ years managing IT multinational projects with external stakeholders
• Experience with virtual and distributed teams
• Native Spanish; fluent English is a must; Portuguese is a plus
• Available to travel occasionally for meetings, training and presentations

Required skills

• System integrations, APIs, retail technology, POS or payment solutions
• EFT, ISO 8583, PCI, EMV preferred
• Ability to review technical designs and integration flows; basic programming (Java, C# or similar) to review specs or code
• Project management methodologies and tools; PM certification (PMI, IPMA) is a plus
• Ticketing systems and incident management, Excel, and scripting/automation are a plus
