Technical Account Manager – Remote (Bogota)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join TTEC Digital’s remote team supporting clients in Bogota, Colombia. The TAM will act as the primary post‑sales liaison, helping customers adopt Amazon Connect and related AWS contact‑center solutions while ensuring platform stability and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for strategic clients, building trusted relationships with technical and operational stakeholders.
• Guide customers through adoption of Amazon Connect and AWS capabilities, providing proactive insights and recommendations.
• Oversee incident resolution, enhancements, change requests, release coordination and environment health.
• Monitor usage, performance trends and health indicators, delivering forward‑looking advice to improve reliability.
• Communicate risks, action plans and technical decisions while coordinating with engineering, developers and cloud support teams.
• Support renewal readiness and long‑term planning by keeping environments optimized and aligned with client roadmaps.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Technical Account Management, Technical Program Management, Solutions Consulting or similar roles supporting cloud‑based contact‑center platforms.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English.
• Ability to translate client goals into actionable technical plans and lead cross‑functional execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills.
