Technical Architect – Salesforce Solutions

About the role

Kaseya is seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to lead a team of about 25 Salesforce engineers. The role focuses on designing, integrating, and optimizing Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, and DevOps automation using Gearset.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture review board and ensure solutions meet business and technical standards.
• Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and related technologies.
• Oversee implementation, deployment, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
• Define end‑to‑end architecture for CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, integrations, and custom frameworks.
• Govern Gearset pipelines for CI/CD, automated testing, and multi‑environment deployments.
• Partner with product managers, analysts, and QA to deliver reliable releases using Agile and Jira.
• Analyze system performance, drive architectural improvements, and lead root‑cause analysis initiatives.
• Coach and mentor engineers, enforce standards, and foster a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as a technical architect or lead developer.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong experience with Gearset CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.
