Technical Compliance Specialist

About the role

The Technical Compliance Specialist will work within Evolution's Change Management Procedures division, supporting the monitoring, control, and implementation of change management processes across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all relevant change management regulations.
• Monitor, control and report changes to regulators and operators for all markets.
• Develop relationships with regulatory authorities and test laboratories, handling approvals and key events.
• Own control systems, collaborate with stakeholders, and continuously improve technical compliance.
• Integrate procedures across brands and assess existing policies.
• Investigate compliance standards in new regulated markets and develop solutions.
• Automate processes where possible and maintain an up‑to‑date compliance library.
• Prepare reports for internal use, operators and external regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of technical compliance experience in iGaming or a similar role.
• Understanding of iGaming business frameworks (B2B, B2C) and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret iGaming regulatory and legislative frameworks.
• Knowledge of games set‑up, IT development processes, system infrastructure and integrations.
• Experience with change management processes.
• Relevant university degree, ideally in Information Systems or Computer Sciences.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
