Technical Customer Service Associate – Home Security

About the role

Join Blink’s Technical Customer Service team to provide high‑quality support for our wire‑free, battery‑operated smart home security cameras. You will work directly with customers via phone and email, helping them troubleshoot networking, device configuration, and product‑specific issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, detailed assistance to customers through phone and email.
• Collaborate with other support teams to maintain consistent service quality.
• Advocate for customers by reporting issues and suggesting improvements.
• Assist during critical product launches and support events.
• Develop deep knowledge of Blink product lines and drive process‑improvement projects.
• Support the Blink Subscription service and document solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in French.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
