BairesDev is seeking a Technical Growth Marketing Manager to modernize and scale its marketing engine. The role blends business, marketing, and technical expertise to deliver immediate leads while building AI‑driven, personalized growth systems for a hard‑to‑reach SMB market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the modernization and scaling of the marketing engine, balancing short‑term lead delivery with long‑term AI‑driven system building.
• Manage and optimize inbound marketing performance to improve lead quality and volume.
• Oversee website de‑anonymization initiatives to identify and act on anonymous traffic.
• Direct personalized outbound strategies tailored for a hard‑to‑reach SMB market.
• Serve as an embedded extension of the marketing team, aligning growth, marketing ops, and engineering around shared goals.

Required profile

• Background that combines business and marketing fundamentals with technical fluency sufficient to manage AI‑driven systems (e.g., industrial‑engineer mindset with marketing training and coding exposure).
• Experience or strong interest in applying Generative AI to growth marketing.
• Ownership mindset capable of handling both short‑term lead delivery and long‑term system building.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
