Technical Lead – Spec‑Driven Development (SDD) / DaaS

About the role

We are seeking a senior Technical Lead to drive technology modernization for a key financial sector initiative. The role focuses on Spec‑Driven Development (SDD) and Data‑as‑a‑Service (DaaS) solutions, ensuring end‑to‑end traceability from business rules to deployed APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead agile squads and software development factories to deliver modernized banking and fintech solutions.
• Design and implement enterprise‑grade microservices, API gateways, and event‑driven architectures.
• Define and maintain specifications, requirements traceability matrices, and API contracts using OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Oversee cloud deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

Required profile

• 8+ years of technology experience with at least 5 years in team leadership.
• Proven experience in enterprise software architecture and legacy system integration.
• Strong communication skills in English, both technical and business contexts.
• Background in banking, fintech, payments, or related financial systems is a plus.
