Technical Operator – Medical Device Production Line

About the role
Baxter is hiring a technical operator for its medical solutions and devices plant in Cali, Colombia. The role works on non-sterile solutions such as hemodialysis, keeping the production line running smoothly while meeting safety, quality and productivity standards.
Key responsibilities
- Follow the procedures for the process, including line clearing, mass inspection and product loading, ensuring quality.
- Use electric pallet jacks or Yale trucks to move products.
- Report lost time, units produced and scrap to the team.
- Notify line coordinators and supervisors promptly about quality events.
- Comply with health, environment and safety regulations, quality standards (GMP, quality manuals and procedures), supply chain safety, energy management system and corporate policies.
- Complete scheduled training and attend planned meetings and trainings.
Required profile
- Degree in pneumatics, electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing processes.
