About the role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of professional services projects for our customers in the Americas. The role sits within Netskope’s Customer Solutions Group and works closely with Sales, Support and Engineering to ensure successful implementation of our cloud security platform.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate service delivery with Professional Services Engineers and customers, following the Clean Order Process.
- Manage implementation teams to meet all deliverables and timelines, including TTL (90 days), TTFC and TTFTS milestones.
- Anticipate and interpret business and regulatory challenges, recommending best practices to improve products, processes or services.
- Communicate, liaise and, when necessary, escalate issues across Netskope to ensure project success.
- Ensure project documentation is securely stored and collect post‑project survey responses.
- Manage projects that involve Netskope partners.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience managing projects or programs in the IT or SaaS industry.
- Proven ability to work independently and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Strong customer‑facing orientation and ability to meet service level agreements.
