Technical Project Manager – Software Development

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead software development initiatives across cross‑functional teams. The role combines Agile leadership, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban) and ensure team adherence to best practices.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and timelines while maintaining transparent reporting.
• Coordinate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.
• Continuously improve team performance and delivery practices.
• Oversee multiple concurrent software development projects when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within software development environments.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
