Technical Systems Engineer III

About the role

The Technical Systems Engineer III provides advanced technical support for complex, non‑recurring IT issues and leads business‑driven projects. You will design and implement solutions that ensure system availability and support operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents and IT projects.
• Design and implement solutions for access control, security systems, telephony and other IT services.
• Deliver onsite support to resolve employee technical issues as needed.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to deploy and manage solutions.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle activities, including inventory, monitoring and failure detection.

Required profile

• College diploma in IT or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Proven experience handling complex, escalated technical issues.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency; French or Spanish a plus.
