Technical Writer – IT & Marketing Content

About the role

TD SYNNEX is seeking a full-time Writer to join its Bogota office. You will create clear, engaging, and accurate content that supports both internal communications and external marketing initiatives across the technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Research technology trends and market developments to produce informed content.
• Interview subject-matter experts and translate technical concepts into accessible language.
• Draft, edit, and revise marketing materials, product descriptions, newsletters, corporate announcements and other communications.
• Adapt content for various formats such as web pages, emails, presentations, social media and internal portals.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to ensure alignment with brand voice and strategic goals.
• Maintain consistency, quality and compliance with corporate standards and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Literature or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on clarity and audience relevance.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Spanish and experience with bilingual audiences is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with the IT industry or technology products is preferred.
