About the role

The TikTok Shop Growth Strategist drives revenue and optimizes affiliate and social commerce strategies for our clients. Working with data‑driven, AI‑enhanced processes, you will manage partnerships across TikTok, Meta and Amazon Affiliate, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maximizing profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage affiliate and social ambassador partnerships on TikTok, Meta and Amazon Affiliate platforms.
• Oversee affiliate production, outreach, and performance tracking.
• Optimize social shop experiences and refine commission structures based on GMV and engagement metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients, acting as the primary liaison.
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social commerce opportunities.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience in social commerce, affiliate marketing, or related e‑commerce roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage client relationships.
