Track & Trace Specialist – 2nd Shift

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Track & Trace Specialist to join our Cartagena office on the 2nd shift. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on monitoring shipments, communicating with carriers and partners, and keeping logistics data up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Track shipment statuses and update the system in real time.
• Identify potential delays and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain regular communication with carriers, partners and clients.
• Prepare and deliver reports on logistics activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely information flow throughout the transportation process.

Required profile

• Proficiency with shipment tracking and monitoring systems.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities for a fast‑paced second‑shift schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
