Training and Education Specialist for Pricing & Contracting Transformation

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Training/Education Specialist to lead training workstreams for Pricing & Contracting transformation and system implementation projects. The role involves creating user‑friendly learning content and delivering virtual training to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead training workstreams for Pricing & Contracting transformation and system implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain instructor‑led presentations, job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, playbooks, videos, and self‑paced learning resources.
• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and role‑based learning experiences.
• Partner with Product Owners, SMEs, IT teams, and business stakeholders to assess training needs and ensure readiness.
• Support user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, launch activities, and post‑implementation support.
• Gather learner feedback and adoption metrics to continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Manage training project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English and experience developing and delivering training programs for technology implementations or business transformation.
• Strong instructional design, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, user‑focused training content.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint, Teams, Word, SharePoint).
• Instructional design tools such as Camtasia, Snagit, or similar.
• Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, Conga, or related commercial operations platforms (advantageous).
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, training needs analysis, and learning evaluation.
• Use of AI and productivity tools to streamline content creation and knowledge sharing.
