Training Coordinator

About the role

The Training Coordinator at Lisinski Law Firm will ensure the smooth execution of all training initiatives. Working within the Learning & Development department, you will manage logistics, support trainers, and continuously improve the learning experience for staff and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, managing calendars and logistics.
• Facilitate existing training modules, ensuring adherence to timelines and participant engagement.
• Administer post‑training surveys, engagement questionnaires, and audit tools to evaluate effectiveness.
• Provide structured feedback to trainees based on observations, survey results, and audit findings.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and generate reports for leadership.
• Monitor compliance with firm‑wide training standards and flag issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into L&D processes for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• Prior experience in training facilitation and record management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with various training methods, including e‑learning platforms.
• Spanish fluency preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience using AI to enhance learning program efficiency.
