About the role
The Transition Manager leads subordinate managers and professional staff, providing overall guidance across the full range of transition planning and execution. This role oversees large, complex transition engagements, coordinating with allied teams to define goals, timelines, funding, and key deal elements.
Key responsibilities
- Project‑manage complex transition engagements, structuring goals, time frames, funding parameters and other deal elements.
- Oversee due diligence, evaluate deal assumptions for accuracy, relevance and validity, and manage risk identification and mitigation.
- Engage proactively with senior internal and external stakeholders to address concerns and secure ongoing commitment.
- Assume ownership of transition budget outcomes and ensure appropriate project account structures, including client billing governance.
- Manage all aspects of the project plan, including client acknowledgment processes and steady‑state handoff.
Required profile
- BA/BS degree and 6‑8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- English B2, Spanish B2 or native, and Portuguese B2 or native proficiency.
- 2‑4 years of leadership experience.
