Transportation Recruiter – Night Shift (Colombia)

About the role

The Transportation Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified Class A, B, C CDL and non‑CDL drivers. You will ensure the driver workforce is reliable and that all recruiting processes comply with federal, state and company regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and hire qualified Class A, B, C CDL and non‑CDL drivers.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess driving experience and suitability.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
• Verify driver qualifications and ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, California and other state requirements.
• Review and process applications, MVRs, background checks, drug screens and other hiring documentation.
• Coordinate orientation, pre‑employment requirements and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking, candidate records and recruitment documentation.

Required profile

• Previous transportation, trucking or logistics recruiting experience.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations, FMCSA compliance and CDL hiring requirements.
• Experience with Driver Qualification Files (DQFs) and pre‑employment compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
