Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel planning and concierge services.
• Coordinate flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel arrangements.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences.
• Manage itinerary changes and resolve travel‑related issues efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after each trip.
• Maintain accurate booking and client records.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Travel Concierge, Travel Consultant, or a similar travel‑industry role.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple requests.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) – a strong plus.
