Travel Experience Counselor – Onsite (Bogota, Colombia)

About the role

As a Travel Experience Counselor you will join American Express Global Business Travel’s skilled team in Bogota, delivering high‑quality travel services to corporate clients. You will create and manage travel itineraries, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure each reservation meets client standards and preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Create and complete travel arrangements for air, hotel, car, and rail.
• Build reservations according to client standards and preferences.
• Provide informed recommendations to enhance the travel experience.
• Handle basic and moderately complex bookings, including multi‑destination trips, ticket exchanges, and complex fares.
• Escalate the most complex bookings to senior staff.
• Perform both routine and non‑routine tasks while benefiting from comprehensive training.

Required profile

• Fluent English – written and spoken; a second language is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office.
• Genuine passion for high‑quality customer service.
• Team‑working skills and a positive, “can‑do” attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
