Treasury Operations Analyst

About the role

Capgemini is looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Operations Analyst to join its Finance team. The role supports day-to-day treasury activities, cash management, liquidity planning, financial reporting and treasury controls, with exposure to global treasury operations and collaboration across Finance and Accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review daily cash positions, analyse cash movements and identify liquidity needs
• Execute treasury transactions such as wire transfers, ACH payments and intercompany funding
• Reconcile bank accounts, investigate discrepancies and maintain bank account documentation
• Support cash forecasting by validating inputs and monitoring variances
• Maintain intercompany balance and funding records
• Prepare treasury reports and dashboards on cash trends and performance
• Support process improvement, automation and treasury system enhancements
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal and other partners, and assist with audits, compliance and internal controls

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Banking or related areas
• Preferred: experience with multinational or global treasury operations, treasury automation and knowledge of banking platforms and treasury controls

Required skills

• Strong understanding of cash management, cash flow analysis and financial statements
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, data analysis)
• ERP and Treasury Management Systems (e.g. SAP, Kyriba, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, stakeholder management and communication in English
