Trilingual Customer Support Agent - Remote (ENG +SPA +RUS)

About the role

This full‑time remote position joins HOS247’s customer support team, delivering front‑line assistance (and occasional sales help) to English, Spanish and Russian speaking drivers and fleet managers across the United States and Canada. You will also help identify product or service improvement opportunities and take part in implementing solutions that raise satisfaction, growth and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line support to English‑, Spanish‑, and Russian‑speaking drivers and fleet managers in the United States and Canada.
• Proactively identify product or service improvement areas and help implement solutions to boost customer satisfaction, user growth and retention.

Required profile

• Fluent oral and written communication in English, Spanish and Russian.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer support or sales role serving English‑speaking customers.
• Tech‑savvy with basic smartphone/tablet configuration knowledge.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and personal computer with headset for CRM calls.

Required skills

• Experience with Helpdesk/CRM software such as Zendesk (preferred).
