Tutoring Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for experienced instructional professionals to work as independent contractors, helping to train AI systems on realistic educational scenarios. You will use your hands‑on teaching experience to create and evaluate "gold‑standard" teaching exemplars that guide AI reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Engage AI models with complex instructional scenarios and validate their understanding of pedagogical concepts.
• Evaluate AI outputs for clarity, correctness, and instructional value.
• Identify subtle reasoning errors, document logical gaps, and rewrite explanations to improve model performance.
• Produce structured, step‑by‑step teaching content that reflects best‑in‑class practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a tutor, teaching assistant, lecturer, or curriculum creator (e.g., university, bootcamp, corporate enablement, online platforms).
• Native‑level English communication with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and logically.
• Strong empathy and rigorous analytical skills for evaluating instructional quality.
