Uniforms Team Leader (Internal)

About the role

The Uniforms Team Leader will head the Uniforms department, ensuring smooth daily operations, strict inventory control, and high‑quality on‑camera appearance. This internal position reports to the Appearance Manager and works closely with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee stock accuracy, process re‑stocking requests and monitor inventory trends.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and develop new procedures to improve efficiency.
• Manage team scheduling, attendance, holiday planning and disciplinary actions.
• Produce detailed performance and stock management reports.
• Lead training, onboarding and continuous development of team members.
• Conduct research projects to enhance dealers' on‑camera appearance consistency.
• Communicate regularly with the Appearance Manager about issues and improvements.
• Negotiate with suppliers and sustain strong relationships.

Required profile

• Proficient English communication, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 10 months of stock management experience.
• At least 1 year of team‑lead or coordination experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce procedures.
• Interpersonal skills for cross‑department collaboration and supplier interaction.

Required skills

• PC literacy.
• Familiarity with stock management software.
