UX/UI & Visual Communication Designer

About the role

Cobre, Latin America’s leading instant B2B payments platform, is seeking a UX/UI & Visual Communication Designer to shape digital experiences and visual systems that align business goals, user needs, and brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and web interfaces in Figma, translating business and communication needs into clear digital experiences.
• Build, update, and optimise websites and landing pages in Webflow, ensuring responsive and consistent experiences across devices.
• Maintain and evolve Cobre’s design system, visual guidelines, and reusable components.
• Create and adapt visual assets for campaigns and product launches across emails, social media, digital ads, banners, presentations, and commercial materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and other teams to turn objectives into effective visual solutions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI, digital design, graphic design, or visual communication.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and practical experience with Webflow.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital/web design and visual communication work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
