Vendor Strategy Analyst (CX Vendor Management)

About the role

DiDi is looking for a Vendor Strategy Analyst to oversee the governance of tools, vendor processes and financial controls. The role calls for a high level of autonomy, critical thinking and a sharp analytical mindset to manage complex payments, validate billing and ensure flawless invoice approval workflows. It goes beyond operational support, driving process improvement, cost reduction and strategic platform management with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner management and QBRs: oversee the end-to-end performance evaluation of strategic CX partners, including assessment timelines and final evaluation reports; lead planning and organization of quarterly business reviews with key vendors, including agenda, presentation materials and data validation.
• Complex payments and financial governance: own the end-to-end invoice approval workflow, validate vendor billing and complex invoices, track and manage purchase orders, and ensure 100% of valid invoices are paid on time.
• Platform governance (Genesys and Infobip): manage user allocation, updates and deactivations across CX and Safety divisions, analyze consumption by region and business line, and drive cost reduction through usage monitoring and correction of improper allocation.
• Management reporting: develop and distribute payment reports and tool utilization reports (Genesys and Infobip consumption).

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to manage workflows, SLAs and multiple stakeholders.
• Nice to have: background in accounts payable, procurement or financial operations; ERP, contract management or billing validation experience; knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and data reporting; interest in using AI tools for automation.
