Video Editor & Motion Designer – Short‑Form Meta Ads

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time contract Video Editor & Motion Designer to produce high‑volume short‑form Meta ad creatives. You will transform raw footage and briefs into engaging, scroll‑stopping ads that drive performance for restaurant clients.

Key responsibilities

• Edit 15‑20 short‑form ads per week for Meta/Instagram and organic social channels.
• Cut talking‑head and UGC footage into tight, story‑driven videos.
• Add motion graphics, text animation, captions, and on‑screen elements to boost retention.
• Produce occasional long‑form edits such as testimonials or YouTube videos.
• Take creative direction, iterate quickly across multiple variations, and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating short‑form ad creative, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong storytelling instincts with an eye for hooks, narrative flow, and audience retention.
• Professional English proficiency and ability to work US EST hours.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable receiving and acting on feedback without hand‑holding.

What we offer

• Salary $1,800–$2,500 USD per month (based on experience).
