Virtual Assistant – Remote Call Center

About the role

Join a remote call center team as a Virtual Assistant, handling inbound and outbound calls, upselling products, and providing top‑notch customer support from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls courteously while upselling products and services.
• Achieve first‑call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
• Research systems for missing information and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Document and process customer claims accurately in the appropriate systems.
• Lead fact‑finding discussions to determine the best options for customers.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Fluent English communication (Spanish a plus).
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a 40‑hour weekly schedule.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency in Windows or macOS environments.
• Ability to type at least 25 wpm.
• Use of a USB wired headset with a visible microphone.
• Stable wired LTE internet connection meeting the specified bandwidth.
