Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. This full‑time remote position serves leaders across Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Nicaragua.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, generate reports, create SOPs, and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate projects and facilitate internal communication across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Demonstrated tenure of at least 2 years in a previous role.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion; enthusiastic about AI tools.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
