Virtual Recruiter (Remote – Colombia)

About the role

Mikasa Hospitality Group is seeking a proactive Virtual Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for a variety of positions across multiple industries. Working remotely from Colombia, you will leverage AI‑driven tools to source, screen, and engage top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Post openings on multiple job boards and recruiting platforms.
• Source and engage qualified candidates using AI tools and traditional channels.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
