Warm Lead Sales Caller

About the role

We’re looking for a friendly, confident caller to speak with business owners and individuals who have already shown interest in Shift. Shift lets people record hands‑on work used to train robotics and AI systems. Your role is to explain how Shift works, answer questions, and help interested leads purchase a recording headset and get started.

Key responsibilities

• Call warm business leads provided by our team.
• Explain Shift clearly and conversationally.
• Learn about each lead’s work and help determine whether they’re a good fit.
• Answer questions about the headset, recording process, and next steps.
• Follow up with interested leads and help close headset sales.
• Keep clear notes on calls, outcomes, and follow‑up actions.
• Pass questions that need extra support to our team.

Required profile

• Experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or business outreach.
• Clear spoken English/Spanish and a friendly, professional phone manner.
• Organized and reliable with follow‑ups.
• Able to explain a new product in simple terms.
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to make calls.
