Web Graphic Designer

About the role

Roca Alliances, a recruitment firm helping U.S., Canadian and European companies expand in Latin America, is recruiting a Web Graphic Designer for its client, a global SaaS company with several software brands and customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. The designer creates on-brand, user-friendly digital experiences and campaign assets for websites, landing pages, email, paid media, social and sales materials, working closely with marketing, content, product and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update website pages, landing pages and campaign experiences.
• Create graphics for digital campaigns: display ads, social posts, email, webinars and downloadable content.
• Develop visual concepts and layouts following brand guidelines while adapting to different audiences and channels.
• Prepare and optimize assets for web, mobile and campaigns.
• Work with marketers, writers and web teams to deliver projects on time.
• Manage several design requests, communicating progress, timelines and trade-offs.
• Keep design files organized and help build reusable templates and components.
• Review designs for consistency, accessibility and quality before publication.

Required profile

• Experience in web and graphic design, ideally within a B2B or SaaS marketing team.
• A portfolio showing website, landing page and digital campaign work.
• Ability to interpret a brief, take feedback and work with attention to detail.
• Good communication and organization skills to handle several projects at once.
• Advanced English.

Required skills

• Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of responsive web design, visual hierarchy, typography and layout.
• Familiarity with web content management systems and basic HTML/CSS.
