About the role
As a Web Middleware Administrator at Kyndryl, you will ensure the smooth operation of customers' IT infrastructure, maintaining and optimizing systems to deliver peak performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and middleware components.
- Troubleshoot critical customer incidents and provide timely solutions to keep systems secure and reliable.
- Participate in service preparation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in system management, network administration, and technical support.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a growth orientation and ability to work collaboratively across borders.
Required skills
- Operating systems: Windows, Linux, Unix.
- Network concepts: routing, switching, load balancing, VPN.
- Cyber‑security knowledge: incident response, vulnerability management, security architecture.
- Database expertise: SQL, DB2, MySQL and data‑warehousing concepts.
