WindServer Administrator

About the role

The WindServer Administrator will provide day‑to‑day application and system support for the WindServer platform, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the on‑premises and cloud‑integrated infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support to users, analysts and stakeholders, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve application and infrastructure issues promptly.
• Implement code changes, manage server configuration updates, and maintain on‑premises server infrastructure in line with best practices.
• Monitor system operations, perform regular maintenance, and support optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior administrators and the product manager to enhance platform scalability, reliability and to document all changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems or Software Engineering or a related field.
• 6‑9 years of experience in systems administration, application support or infrastructure management.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise applications, both on‑premises and cloud‑integrated environments.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
