Workplace Experience Manager

About the role

The Workplace Experience Manager at Visa is responsible for shaping a welcoming, innovative, and collaborative physical environment. Acting as a Visa ambassador, the role ensures that office spaces and related programs run smoothly and reflect global standards, making the site a vibrant destination for employees and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly engagement plans aligned to site needs and enterprise priorities.
• Evolve the site engagement approach to increase participation, connection and overall workplace vibrancy.
• Partner with Facilities to support delivery of workplace services and amenities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance employee and visitor experience and coordinate with appropriate partners.
• Manage vendors and service providers supporting workplace programs and ensure consistent application of standards.
• Promote a high‑quality, hospitality‑driven environment across all workplace interactions.
• Coordinate execution of site programs and events such as town halls, activations, and cultural events.
• Support planning and delivery of executive visits and high‑visibility engagements.
• Track engagement activities, participation, and key experience metrics; manage the site engagement budget.
• Analyze trends, provide actionable insights, and draft site‑level communications in partnership with corporate communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workplace, facilities, or employee experience management.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute engagement programs and events.
• Experience coordinating vendors, service providers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong budget management and financial reporting skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for drafting communications and partnering with corporate teams.
