Workplace Experience Manager, Site Lead

About the role

Electronic Arts is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead the on‑site workplace ecosystem at its Bogotá studio. Reporting to the regional Director, you will shape an environment that fuels creativity, collaboration and community for the game development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement efficient, cost‑effective workplace operations, setting standards and optimizing resources.
• Deliver performance insights, risk assessments and improvement opportunities to studio leadership.
• Manage vendor partnerships, establish service standards and hold providers accountable for quality and cost.
• Oversee safety, compliance and employee experience standards across the site.
• Provide operational leadership to the Workplace Experience team, fostering a culture of collaboration and customer‑centric service.
• Act as a trusted partner to studio leaders, translating business needs into practical workplace solutions.
• Administer the site operational budget, monitor expenses and identify cost‑saving measures.
• Lead change initiatives, communicating vision, engaging partners and driving adoption of new processes and technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading workplace experience, facilities or operations functions in a large organization.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into workplace strategies.
• Demonstrated vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• Experience managing budgets and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
