Young Professional – Finance Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a global technology company with more than 15 years of experience delivering solutions to companies such as Google, is hiring a Young Professional Finance Analyst. This is an entry-level opportunity to start a career in finance within a global tech company, supporting financial planning, reporting and analysis while learning alongside experienced finance professionals. The position is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets and forecasts, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Analyse financial performance by gathering, organising and interpreting key metrics and indicators.
• Maintain financial records and spreadsheets so they stay up to date and properly documented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate financial data and contribute to planning processes.
• Help monitor expenses and identify variances against budget, escalating findings to senior team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, tools and reporting workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in financial analysis, planning or corporate finance.
• Analytical mindset, good attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with financial tools is a plus.
