Young Professional – IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology company founded more than 15 years ago and working remotely with clients such as Google and Silicon Valley startups, is looking for an IT Recruiter Young Professional. The role supports end-to-end recruitment processes and helps you develop sourcing and interviewing skills alongside experienced recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to build a talent pipeline.
• Review resumes and run initial screening calls to assess candidate profiles and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, keeping data accurate.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and refine search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage several tasks at once.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
