Young Professional - Learning & Development (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology company delivering solutions to companies such as Google and Silicon Valley startups, is looking for a Learning & Development Young Professional. This is an entry-level opportunity to start a career in L&D within a global tech company, supporting the design and coordination of training programs and helping build a culture of continuous learning alongside experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and organizing training programs, workshops and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Support the design and development of learning materials, including presentations, guides and e-learning content.
• Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), keeping content organized and up to date.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to evaluate and improve learning programs.
• Work with internal teams to identify training needs and help develop targeted learning solutions.
• Assist in tracking and reporting L&D metrics to measure the impact of training initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development or instructional design.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
